I also take part in academic activities. I am a Committeeman of the Specialty Committee of Dynamics， and Control， studies in a junior high school， Nonlinear Dynamics， 12 years old， a publisher invited me with two other professors to write a textbook in English on Theoretical Mechanics for Chinese students， there are 7 Ph. D. students under my supervision. I shared two second prizes of Shanghai Teaching Achievements in Higher Education in 2001. My research interests are in the areas of nonlinear dynamics and vibration control. My investigation is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Our work was twice conferred the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (in 2000 and 2002). I am the co-author of 3 books， and we have signed the contract. I hope to finish the task as well as possible. 。
